Some experiences and researches of our company

Our company has a lot of experiences in recycling and agricultural machines which I name a few as follows :

Making blocks from recycling urban garbage
• By using non recyclable plastics which can be found in the garbage and pollutes the environment.
We mixed recycled plastic with construction trash in a special condition and then we put the mixture into a block mold. The result was a block more resistant, lighter and in fact you have a recyclable block which is environmentally friendly.

Colored asphalt which can be used in sidewalks, pavements and cross roads
• By using different pigments and mixing them with some recyclable materials in a certain conditions we made a magic asphalt in any color which could be used anywhere like side walks,pedestrians,zebra crossings,road signs,road lines etc…

Stone composite covering
• By recycling comminuted stones and mixing them with some resin we made this stone compsite covering which could be easily placed with a trowel on any surface.

_ Recyclable concrete asphalt by using urban garbage
• By recycling the plastic which was in the urban garbage we could make granule in a certain condition and by mixing them with the tar from recycled asphalt in a certain amount and proportion we could create concrete asphalt far more stronger than the regular ones.

_ Eliminating the sewage bad smell by using zeolite cover on the sewage pipes
• We discovered a new way to use this material in our pipes to eliminate the bad smell of sewage. As you know zeolite is a substance with this special characteristics.

Home compost machine
• It’s a machine which turns home wet garbage into compost fertilizer within less than an hour.

Vending machine for dangerous garbage
• This machine was designed for dangerous materials like lamps,batteries,sprays etc…. You feed the machine with the dangerous garbage and it gives you money, tickets etc…

Electro Compost Machine
• This machine turns the urban wet garbage into compost fertilizer within less than an hour. It is industrial machine with the capacity of 10 tons of garbage a day. The fertilizer produced by this machine is free from microbes,bacterias,viruses and parasites.

_ Experiences in manufacturing agricultural machines
• Our company has been a formal representative of Maschio Gaspardo (S.P.A Company) from Italy in Iran for 10 years. During the time our company has sold over 100 agricultural machines in Iran. Our company has succeeded in manufacturing a four rowed seed planter machine under the license of Maschio Gaspardo company. Our company successfully manufactured and sold over 100 four rowed seed planter machine in Iran. This type of machine is used for planting special kind of seeds like tomato seeds,cotton,corn,sunflower etc…Which need to be planted in a row and in a certain depth. The Maschio Gaspardo Company is one of the biggest companies in the world which makes and manufacturers agricultural machines. The factory is located in Padova Italy. It has branches and representatives in several countries. Our company has great experience in importing and manufacturing agricultural machines and due to our excellent connection with this Italian company, we can cooperate and manufacture the machines in Canada as well.
